The Bakon melting kettle is a double-jacketed kettle with stirrer to pre-heat fondants, jams, chocolate, grease and other liquids. It is provided with a stirrer (with or without plastic scraper) and hinged cover with safety switch to stop the stirrer as soon as the cover is opened. The control panel of the kettle offers the following functions: Machine heater on/off Stirrer on/off Signal light for thermal disruptions The kettle also comes with a temperature adjustment on the heating coil. This heated kettle is made of stainless steel and other non-corrosive materials. It is built on heavy stainless steel wheels and can be moved easily. Stainless level probe 3KW adjustable heater 650mmx250mm deep
