Stainless 5 head depositor Pneumatic operated continuous or spot, independently controlled heads. SPECIFICATION Up to 50 cycles per minute dependent on product specification. 310 g product cylinders and 38 mm AP nozzle are fitted as standard. e.g. 90 litre capacity is standard on a 4 lane machine. Standard spares kits are obtainable from our Spares Department. All stainless steel with food quality plastics and any aluminium components hard anodised. Controls are hand adjustable. Deposit weight and speed of operation are easily adjusted with depositor in motion or at rest. Multi master depositors are built to suit the specification of each individual line. These units have a continuous cycle for priming and hygiene. Slight modifications to the pneumatic circuit can be incorporated on request. The depositors are extremely accurate by volume and weight ranges within ± 2 g are normal. The depositor easily dismantles for hygiene and may be safely hosed. Pistons, etc. have
