The MiniLab 3-roll sheeting line is an ideal piece of equipment for use within a laboratory environment. The line produces semi-sweet and cracker biscuits from a sheet 120mm (4.7 inches) wide. A typical line comprises; 3-roll sheeting unit 1st gauge roll unit, standard conveyor, 2nd gauge roll unit, 2-roll rotary cutter and conveyor The standard sheeting line is supplied with an electronically controlled individual variable speed drive system with individual speed indication. Optionally, the machines can be supplied with full cascade control of speeds. As well as producing product samples quickly and cost effectively the MiniLab sheeting line is also finding a place as a serious laboratory research tool producing consistently machined biscuits.
