The MiniLab rotary moulder comes with a moulding roller which is 120mm (4.7 inches) wide and 195mm (7.7 inches) diameter, together with a conventional design of knife, rubber covered extraction roller and grooved forcing roller. The filling pressure is controlled by adjusting the position of the forcing roller. The Moulder can use either conventional engraved moulding rollers or a special type that has been designed specifically for the machine and uses individual inserts.
